Jan Stone was great! We live in California and she came recommended by our mortgaging agent's vetting process of local agents. Managing this sale from out of state was easier than we thought, Jan provided us with local vendors which I approved for repairs and maintenance on the property to get it ready for open house. She even helped with arranging an antique dealer to assist with some items we really needed to dispose of. I highly recommend Jan Stone as an agent that knows her location and conveys this to prospecting buyers.
