Janet went way above and beyond to help me. If I experienced a problem with selling my house (and there were many, especially after she helped me sell two homes) she always put me at ease and said it's ok, we'll get through this by doing this or that and if it didn't work out, then there were always other options. This helped reduce the stress of selling and purchasing a home, which always comes with some stress. She was very knowledgeable and explained what was going to happen and what to expect next. She was especially helpful for showing up at my closing and I thought for just moral support, but she further explained what the forms meant, before I read and signed off on them. I would highly recommend Janet for selling/buying any real-estate. She helped me sell two houses and I bought my current house through her. I chose Janet because she cares about me and thoroughly understands the housing market and how to apply her knowledge towards my goals. Thank you Janet! Don

Janet went above and beyond what any other real estate person would've/should've done. She was caring, worked with the photographer, helped stage the house, and did her best to promote the property, in an otherwise nearly impossible situation. She worked through every obstacle that was thrown in her way (and there we're quite a few) and she did all this in an incredible time frame, with all that was going on. Thank you Janet!!
