I have known Janet for over 25 years. Only recently have I tapped into her knowledge and experience in the area of real estate. Janet was the listing agent for the sale of a home I lived in for 40 years. She then assisted in finding another home (which was listed by owner) and negotiated a seamless transaction. Her knowledge and experience is unsurpassed. Perhaps more than that, however, is her ability to truly listen to what her clients want and need, She also is extremely conscious of the emotional attachments that can occur during the buy/sell process and is adept at guiding and nudging her clients through the journey.
