Jason was very helpful in explaining the remedial measures which had been taken in the condo which I purchased. He gave me all of the information I needed for making an offer and for closing - he anticipated my questions very helpfully. During the walk-through Jason checked systems which I would have overlooked. Most important, Jason let me know - through words and deeds - that he "had my back" throughout this entire process.
