Add to that our lack of experience in the Michigan real estate market and lack of resources to accomplish maintenance and repairs as needed. Jason proved to be the resource we needed. He took care of all the details taking that burdon off us. Jason listened to us, responded with solutions when problems arose, and got the property sold over the asking price. We appreciated almost everything about our experience with Jason Gault. We first encountered him, when on a whim, we called to see a listing he had. He was available on short order, and we immediately found him to be very professional in every way. He waited patiently for my husband to go through the property with a fine-tooth comb. Ultimately, we did not choose this property, in fact, we were not even sure that we wanted to move so far from our home in Bloomfield Hills. I continued to view new online listings as they came up, as my husband and I became more and more interested in moving an hour north. Either Jason, or his very capable mother, Cheryl showed us several different properties. Then, one came available, and we knew this was 'it'. Jason was working all that Sat with another client, so he arranged for Cheryl to show us the condo within a couple hours. That night, we wrote an offer, and it was accepted! We then listed the condo we were living in, with Jason. We agreed to do a 'Coming Soon' with photos inside and out for viewing online, with an advertised 'Open House' four days later, for two hours. Jason took outstanding photos of our home and even used his drone for the stunning shots outside! We were impressed with his reason for only offering a 2-hour open house: "The serious buyers will be there as it opens, and typically there is then a lull, until the end of the open house, when curious seekers come through at the last minute." He was absolutely right! We had four offers that came from the 2-hour open house - all over asking! The closings on both properties happened quickly and smoothly. And we were thrilled! Our only suggestion to make this rating a 10 out of 10 is: To create a brochure of the photos taken, to offer to serious buyers, as well as to give to the seller as a 'memento' of sorts. Our previous Realtor (who is retired) did this and it was quite impressive. We have already recommended Jason and Cheryl, and will continue to do so with confidence. Jason did an excellent job with every step of the purchasing process. He was extremely helpful and answered all questions in a timely matter. Beyond his knowledge was his willingness to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. Plus, he was a pleasure to work with on a personal level.
