I like using Jax; I think the people there are really nice and knowledgeable, the prices are good, and if something isn’t available in store they will ship it pretty quickly. My biggest complaint is that, whenever I order a part online and have it shipped to the store, the store never reaches out to let me know it has arrived. I end up calling a day or two after its expected delivery date to confirm it has arrived.

Went in for a low air on my tubeless and were super helpful. No pressure to upsell when I'm trying to make my first use of my lifetime flat tire special. Appreciate that. Definitely made me buy something else because was not charged for airing and adding more sealant!

Helpful, practical, and friendly. Fixed my bike quickly, while explaining what the problems and solutions were. I’ll definitely go back for tune-ups or more serious work.

Came in because the rubber foot of my kickstand had fallen off and I was looking for a replacement. Friendly staff sold me a new kickstand at a discount and even did some cable management for the wires around my bike light for free. Thank you for the great service!

Good employees great service. Everyone everyone was nice customer service was great. They really know that they’re talking about with their bikes and every item that they sell in the store. I recommend everybody support a local bike shop great experience my kids gonna be happy with the bike for Christmas thank you guys.
