I very much appreciated my experience at Jax bicycle center in Fullerton. It involved communication between the Long Beach store and the Fullerton store. It involved coordinating timing to arrive to receive a tire change and purchase a special item. Everything went perfectly. I was able to accomplish several other appointments during the time they were updating and repairing my bike. When I got home, I had questions regarding specific tire pressures, and the way my tire gauge was reading the new tire. Eddie, my service rep talked me through it, and everything worked perfectly! The professional service I received via phone through Will, Laurence, combined with the in person service I received from Eddy - makes me feel completely at ease working with Jax Bicycle Center, Fullerton

I have been looking for the extended range battery for my pinarello e-bike with the TQ motor and i know that trek uses the same motor for some of their bikes. Being unable to obtain one for my bike dealer I contacted Eddie at Jax bicycle shop in Fullerton. He was able to order the battery and all the assesory needed to secure the battery to the bike and update the firmware. He knew exactly what I need. Service was fast (30 mins) to install everything and everything was working as it suppose to do. I highly recommend Jax for all your bikeservice needs. they have a lot of different bike style and prices in stock.

I had no problem navigating the website and ordering the item. Issues were related to shipping. But I understand that there is excessive rain conditions on the West Coast which the vendor has no control over. Spoke to a store representative. He was polite and efficient.
