I have found Jax Huntington Beach carries quality products at competitive prices. But the best thing is their service. Jesse, the service manager, sets the example with his willingness to help you. He has answered all my question made sure my bike was completely ready to go whenever I have taken it in even for a minor concern.

I was looking for a fender for my bike, but I couldn't find the one I needed on the shelf. The lady working there (I forgot to ask her name) went to the back and brought it out for me. That was really nice and helpful. What I appreciate most about your shop is the customer service; the staff always serves with a positive smile on their faces. Thank you for your excellent service!

I was in with my new bike shopping at JAX’S for accessories. The sales associate listened to what I was looking for and in a Very professional knowledgeable way produced exactly what I wanted I couldn’t have asked for better service and a better store to shop for my bikes needs They will have everything you need BIKES AND Accessories Happy customer C. WE where on a ride and my wife front derailleur cable came off. I could not fix it. so we stopped at jax's and they were able to fix the issue without leaving the bike overnight. thanks again

The chain broke on my bike during my Wednesday ride. I was more then 9 miles away from my vehicle and needed a replacement chain. I walked the bike into Jax and asked if they could help. Without hesitation the service tech fixed the problem and got me back on the road. Highly recommend Jax. Friendly and knowledgeable folks. Thanks.

The Service Department has NEVER let me down. Experts in all types of equipment...pedal bikes, trikes, to e-bikes. I highly recommend bringing all your cycling questions to these experts. I have bought and serviced with them for years (since the old location) and will continue to do so!!!
