I came in with a pretty specific and tricky request—looking for a stem with some unusual specs. From the moment I walked in, I was helped right away. I wish I remembered the name of the woman who assisted me because she was amazing. She went above and beyond searching for the part. At one point, it seemed like I was out of luck, and I had already made it to the parking lot when she came running out—she’d found it! So rad. I had searched online and visited two other shops with no luck. I was seriously stoked. I’ll definitely be back—100%!

Jax Huntington Beach has remodeled the store. It’s got a new cleaner, brighter feel about it. The friendly staff have helped me make a good choice for what I needed and not tried to push a bunch of other stuff on me. You can tell when you talk with them.

I took my bike in for service. I was greeted immediately by staff and directed to the service area. The bike service staff were friendly and quick to introduce themselves. Their knowledge and expertise were extraordinary. My bike was tuned up and repaired in three days. Can’t thank you enough for The excellent service provided by your store.
