The service is great and we feel like everything was communicated in advance, so there is no surprise at payment. Email and text notification of when the job finished is a very nice touch. Overall we will continue to patron Jax in the future.

I received very good service for a difficult issue with a rear wheel. The rim tape had slipped to the side causing flats with the rear wheel. The mechanic was familiar with the issue and sold me better rim tape that solved the issue.
