Always attentive, I feel like a friend or a family member when I come into the shop.
They get the job done and the price is right.
I will highly recommend them every chance I get
They are the best.
We loved that we were not pushed to purchase the most expensive bike, we were recommended something that would work best for our child. Our rep answered all our questions and gave us time to think things thru. We would definitely recommend our friends and family to go to this location.
What brought me back was how the shop handled real problems, honestly and on the spot, instead of hiding behind appointments or upsells. Other shops I’ve used tend to be vague about actual issues, only push their preferred products, and do the work they want to do rather than what the bike really needs. As a specialist rider who can do most of my own wrenching, I come in for professional tools, experience, and a second set of eyes—but it’s easy for shops to talk down to riders like me or misread what we’re asking for. This shop did the opposite, which is why I returned.
Most recently I brought in a period‑correct race bike from around 2012–2014. It started as “just” a stuck pedal, but in reality the bike had become a fully unridable garage queen, and I was torn between fixing it or parting it out. I opted for the top‑tier service level, knowing it would likely be a lot of work and that problems would surface. It did end up needing a new crank, and the job took about a week, which I felt was reasonable given the age and condition.
What really sealed it for me was the follow‑up. After the work was done, the tech, Clay, called me, thanked me for bringing in the bike, and spoke to it the way a fellow connoisseur would—he recognized what it was, how nice it is as a period piece, and how much effort it took to get it right. I told him I fully expected complications and was happy to pay for the proper level of service. I left feeling both rewarded for entrusting the bike to them and genuinely appreciated for my mindset as a rider and owner. Because of that experience, I’ll be bringing my other bikes here as well.
