Don was a great at communicating my options based on what I needed done. He jumped on the crank recall and was able to get my bike back to me a little sooner than expected. I continue to be loyal to Jax based on a solid 27-year experience. I have purchased 5 high end road bikes including my project 1 from Jax and have not been disappointed. I just celebrated my 900th ride on my project 1 bike, which I purchased in August 2014.

I find the products to be very high-quality, but the service is to the star is good. The employees are truly caring people and intelligent. I called them the Bike doctors because they don’t just take care of my bike, but they also take care of my day. Wonderful, wonderful people.

so amazingly helpful. answered my questions on the phone, squeezed me in, took a lot of time to help me and fix my bike with great care and then gave me the best deal in town. Also, my child has a cheap target bike but i was able to gather detail about the great quality and beautiful bikes assembled at Jax to change and that the current one is too small. the expertise, the really caring service, and it being the home of all things bike, and the flat pack is a great help. i have had the wheels on my bob stroller maintained for 8 years on that 60$.

Friendly and helpful staff. They stayed past closing hours to assist me. Everything was smooth. I had many maintenance related questions and the staff patiently answered them. They helped me load the bike on the truck too. Great experience!

We didn’t feel the bike was checked out 100%. My son felt like there are stiill some issues. I am happy that at least some effort was provided.
