The staff members at the Irvine location was very helpful. I needed to order parts for a Shimano derailleur and one team member helped me with the order. The parts came few days afterwards. Great service!!

Awesome group of dudes. First of all the place was busy which to me that’s a great sign and second they were so busy that they couldn’t get to my bike tires in time so the manager took care of the tire swap for me, which I understood waiting was part of the game, but I thought that was really above and beyond and appreciated their efforts in getting me in and out as fast as possible, even though all their techs were busy and there was a line waiting. Would happily shop here again.
