The customer service from Don was the best. I bought my Trek bike from Jax and this was its first tune up and tire replacement. I couldn’t believe how new my bike looked with all the components cleaned up and working properly. Clay even stayed late to put on a new back tire when I decided I wanted to have the front and back tires match. Don was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. It was a pleasure doing business here.

Dave and team did a great job. I was interested in purchasing 2 e-bikes. Dave helped me assess the options, provided me with a test drive and eventually purchasing 2 new e-bikes and desired accessories. Support was excellent from start to finish. They even assisted loading the bikes into my car. Highly recommend.

I work at Circle K across the street and I recommend all my customers, that Jack’s bicycle center is the way to go. I have always loved this place, but once I noticed how committed to customer service and epic treatment of bikes, the store has, I came to love it even more. Everyone is friendly, very knowledgeable, and always ready to give a helping hand. It’s obvious that everyone in the store is pretty much family to one another and it shows. They make you feel welcome as a customer and they take care of your Bike as if they understand that for many of us, our bikes are our babies. We love them. And they respect that. I can’t recommend this place enough.

I can't say enough good things to adequately describe the extremely high level of service that I received. Warm, friendly, and caring are words that I will use to try to describe what I experienced when I brought my troubled bike in for diagnostics services. I am overjoyed to know that people still care about how strangers are treated. Don, in particular, went above and beyond to help me. I am so grateful, thank you.
