The people in the shop are really friendly, helpful and passionate about bicycling and enjoy sharing knowledge. After having a Peak Performance tune up, I took it back because I wasn't sure about the rear brake. They looked at it, did a test ride, agreed and fixed it free of charge. And they did it while I waited which was nice since I stopped on my way home after a ride.

Braxton trouble shot my bike in one afternoon and figure out a problem that two other shops missed.Braxton went above and beyond to get the bike to me the next day. I now have what I call my Dream Machine back. My Electric Trek Rail 7 is a piece of art. I absolutely love this bike. Thank you Braxton at the Lagun Niguel Shop!! Glenn

I like the professionalism and friendliness demonstrated by Jax employees. I also like their friendliness and honesty. Anytime I have a question its answered right away. When I need a specific item they conduct the research and find it. They are great at what they do, And I recommend their services to all.
