If connected to the right salesman you can get an overwhelming connection to your bicycle needs. Which of course I go to this store. Anders is been at the long beach location for years and really the only one I trust at the shop with my business.

The staff member who assisted us in selecting our bikes was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. We did not feel rushed to make a decision. Overall, the customer service was excellent, and all employees were friendly and helpful.

Ever since I bought my TREK Verve 2 at JAX last November, I've gotten great service from the friendly, knowledgeable, & trustworthy people there. I'm an avid cyclist. It's GREAT to have a go-to shop like JAX. It's a fun place, even if I want to just drop in for some window shopping. I highly recommend JAX to anyone who enjoys cycling at any level. -Matt Cohn

Excellent customer service!

Here’s a polished version that keeps the feedback constructive: The manager was very thorough when I dropped off my bike and clearly explained the service that would be performed. However, when I returned to pick it up, I was simply handed the bike with no explanation of the work that had been completed. Fortunately, I’m familiar with bike maintenance and tune-ups, but a customer with less experience may have appreciated a walkthrough of what was done and any recommendations moving forward. The bike appeared to be cleaned, but I noticed there was still dust under the seat. More importantly, I expected some level of customer follow-up, such as explaining the adjustments made, reviewing any findings, or even suggesting that I take it for a quick test ride and let them know how it felt. Instead, I walked outside and tested the bike on my own before loading it into my car. During that ride, I noticed the seat had been adjusted higher than where I had left it. At that point, I chose not to go back inside, but it added to the feeling that the pickup experience lacked the same attention and communication that I received when dropping the bike off.
