Craig in the Murrieta store was our rep when we bought two new bikes from Jax. He asked us good questions so that he could learn about our needs, and guide us toward bikes that were appropriate for us. It was apparent that he really CARED about our satisfaction and well-being. He also had great attention to detail, and he was very patient in answering our many questions. He really was "the right man for the job". Craig made our experience at Jax great. He is a huge asset to the Jax organization!

The guys at Jax bicycle in murrieta ca. are very knowledgeable respectful and kind , willing to go the extra mile to help you out. You don’t find bike shops like that anymore, not trying to sell you the latest and greatest thing. I came in with surly disk trucker pea green. with a few questions and got my answers! Thank you Jax bicycle for all your help This will be my store and I will tell all my bicycle touring friends THIS IS THE PLACE FOR TUNE UP BIKES AND SERVICE

Great selection of bikes and the staff was very helpful! Picked up a Burly Bee bike trailer and they gave a great service helping me figure out how to fold it up and connect it! Rode about 20 miles with it on my Aventon e-bike with a 45 lb child on board!

We needed a new bike for my 9 year old daughter. This was going to be her first "geared" bike and she was a bit nervous. Your salesperson was awesome! He tried her on a few bikes and got her set-up on the bike we'd end up purchasing. He took his time explaining how the gears worked, gave her a helmet, and then allowed her to test ride the bike. We had a great experience and my daughter's smile was priceless....thanks for the great customer service.
