I dropped off an old Trek bicycle and asked if it was worth the price of repairs and was advised that it was as the repairs were about half the price of a new one. Two days later I picked it up and it looks and feels like new. Andrew was attentive to what I said and thorough with his counsel.

I ordered handle bars online. I liked the prompt service. I had questions about my seat and about other bikes, and I could tell that the sales man had a great knowledge of the bikes, parts, and what I was looking for. He was very professional and respectful. Jax's Bicycle Center has the best, knowledgeable, and most respectful customer service in our area of Menifee, Hemet, Murrieta, and Temecula.

This shop has been nothing but amazing every time I go in. They always make sure I get exactly what I need, whether it's parts, advice, or just help figuring out an issue with my bike. They take the time to explain things, they never rush me, and they genuinely look out for me as a customer. It’s rare to find a place that’s this consistent and trustworthy. I always leave feeling taken care of, and that’s why I keep coming back. If you want a bike shop that really has your back, this is the one.

I came in with a concern for a second opinion on a brake job I recently had done on my e-bike. After talking with the shop that performed the services they were trying to gouged me for another expensive repair to fix my concern. I decided to get a second opinion and stop by to speak to Andrew & sarge (Craig) in which took the time to understand what had been done. They took apart my bike and offered me a solution that ultimately I felt comfortable doing. Not only did they save me money, but also spoke to me on a level that I could understand because I’m more familiar with car parts. I’m still new to this bike world so I think them for being so professional and kind and helpful and I definitely will recommend anyone that I know that rides bikes or wants to get into biking to go to these guys.

Had a great experience buying a bike from Jax in Murrieta. First, Jeff was helpful and worked with me on my purchase of the Domane SL7 on Thursday. Secondly, I picked up my bike on Saturday and Craig was incredibly kind, helpful, and detailed in setting up my bike to fit me. Offered great advice as to how I should take care of it, what maintenance I need to do as well as when, and all the other important features of the bike. They were busy that Saturday morning with a lot of customers coming in but they got to everyone and everyone left happy that morning.
