Jack’s carries a wide range of bicycles and equipment and accessories all up-to-date and Jack’s offers opportunities to write in groups of different writing abilities and levels

Everything was fantastic. I was sad to put my BMC Tri trainer bike down. Andrew and the team was extremely informative with explaining how this would have been unsafe to try and keep her going. A huge thanks to all who have assisted me in my biking endeavors.

Knowledgeable staff. Purchased 2 Bikes. One had to be ordered. Both Bikes were ready within a few days. Super easy transaction! All ready to rip!

1. It was very easy to make a service appointment. 2. I was having difficulty reattaching my front wheel in the parking lot, I believe it was Joe who spontaneously came out to help me, that's what I call service. 3. They interviewed me re: my bike's performance when I turned my bike in for service. It's one thing to look at a service interval chart, another to inspect the bike, it is a clear advantage to do both and ask the rider. 4. They called advising my bike was done, that it only needed minor adjustments, they oiled the chain, and wiped it down, and said it was ready, and that there would be no charge. This gives me confidence I will only pay for what I actually need. 5. The store itself is clean, attractive and well stocked. 6. The technicians have state of the art tools, benches, and fixtures. Big picture: Jax is customer centric, friendly, professional, with highly skilled technicians.
