Good customer service from the folks at Jax San Clemente. I bought something that wasn't quite right, brought it back in for an exchange, and even though it was a couple dollars more, they exchanged it straight across and I was back in business in no time. They're always helpful, and carry a pretty good stock of bikes and parts whenever I need it.

Jason and team always go above and beyond to help and make sure work is done the right wat the first time around. San Clemente location is the BEST! I've bought numerous bikes through JAX's during the last 15 years including componet upgrades. etc. They are a great bike show and do their best always to make sure they are talking care of you. I purchased JAX tire for life and this week I had a complete blow-out. They fixed it without charge per the agreement. Service was fast, the staff is very knowledgeable.

Jax had everything I needed when I purchased my first mountain bike. The staff was knowledgeable and took my measurements to fit me for the appropriate bike size. Jax provides great products and great customer service.

Andrew was great (im pretty sure that was his name) i think he worked there the last time i got a bike like 5 years ago. But I already knew it was the place to go because ive done business with them before. Highly recommend, the mechanic also did a great job on my bikes tune up it is like new.
