The customer service was some of the best customer service i’ve received in a very long time. I worked with Robert and let me tell you how professional and customer service friendly he was! I went in for a road bike and from the start Robert assisted me with what he thought was the best bike for me while still catering to my price range. He took the time to really explain to me the pros of the bike I wanted and any additional add ons. As a customer Robert made me feel sure that I was making the right choice and his attitude and patience was very appreciated! Robert is a HUGE reason why I will be going back to Jax for another bike, parts, service, etc. Thank you Robert for making this experience such an amazing experience and for working with myself and my wife to make it all happen! I appreciate you Robert!

Friendly staff, and very helpful in answering my questions. No pressure tactics to try and get you to buy something. Perfectly OK to just browse and learn about the different bikes and accessories that they have. It's such a pleasure to come to this little shop on a Sunday morning!

The tech you helped us with our bicycle purchase was very knowledgable and kind. He made our son feel comfortable trying out bikes, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision. Our son has been happily zooming around the last two days.

We stopped by on a Saturday. One of their employees helped us right away to find the product we needed (pedals for a mountain bike), put the bike on a lift, and quickly installed the pedals. We also decided to buy a water bottle holder, which he again installed for us right away. It was great to walk in and get such prompt service, as one of the pedals had broke, rendering the bike un-rideable. Thanks a lot, and we look forward to shopping here in the future.

I purchased my beach cruiser from Jax over 20 years ago. I brought it in for a maintenance check for the first time. Staff was knowledgeable, figured out and corrected a noise my back tire was making against a part. I was very pleased with the service!!

Jax staff always gives personal attention whenever we go there. Their service department takes time to explain each proposed service, as well as showing your options to keep costs down. I have also been greeted by the owner several times. He and the staff take time to text or call with updates or any changes to the service.
