Everyone is very helpful. As an older woman I appreciate being taken seriously and not dismissed. The mechanics always do a good job and if something isn't quite right they are more than happy to adjust.

Friendly, caring staff with helpful recommendations for ebike repair. Quick turnaround on completion was very much appreciated. FYI-The repaired tire was put on backwards per the tire treads. I don't believe it matters, but I will let my son-in-law decide when he sees the bike tomorrow.
