The service was excellent, the guy at the front counter, glasses, helped me pick the right product and even helped me by demonstrating how to use the product I bought. Very helpful.
Recently, my wife and I went to Jax in Yorba Linda to purchase anew pair of bike gloves for her and a new helmet for me. The salesperson welcomed us to the store as soon as we walked in. We told him what we needed and and he was more than happy to show us their stock. I asked him if they had any clearance items. he checked his computer and said yes. I was very pleased with the support I had for my off-brand bike. I was afraid that Jax would be unable to help me since I didn’t buy the bike there, but the technicians were very friendly, helping me unload my bike from my car to bring in for inspection on the damage to my tires.
I was patiently supported and offered solutions to fix my tire and one of the solutions would cost me more up front (protection plan) but ultimately be better for me. Initially I declined and the technician happily proceeded with the basic repair, but while he was preparing my work ticket, I had a chance to reflect and ultimately decided on the protection plan. He happily switched up everything to support me.
I appreciate the technical knowledge, but great customer service and willingness to help really matter as well. I believe both happened :)
