Bike accessories and local knowledge. This location once had a staff member who taught me how to use clips to ride - he took me out to the parking lot to instruct me. Very generous usage of his time. I am forever grateful.

Everyone at the store is consistently friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. Over the years, I have brought in several bicycles for repair and have always been impressed with the service. Most recently, I purchased a new bike from Jax, and I couldn’t be happier with its quality, performance, and overall value.

They had a great price on some e bikes. We called with questions and Wyatt spent some time with us answering all the questions we had. We never felt hurried. We went in and purchased our bikes an HOUR LATER. GREAT STORE, GREAT EMPLOYEES.

Both Vince and Wyatt were very helpful in finding a solution for my bike handlebars. They realized they could flip my stem to bring the bars closer to me, which will make my riding experience much more comfortable and ergonomically better. Now I can start training again!

Eddie was super helpful, and answered all of my questions, on my test ride. I was interested in a Trek E bike. Its large size frame, wasn’t quite big enough for me. I will definitely recommend this shop, and its employees, to anyone I know in search of a bicycle! Thank you JAX Yorba Linda team!

Staff's always friendly and approachable, it's easy to feel like a noob in bike shops when you're looking for help with fixes/repairs and I never get that feeling at Jax, which is much appreciated.

I wasn’t sure if my bike was fixable or if the repair cost would even be worth it—I had seriously debated whether I should just trash it. But Jax Bicycle offers free estimates, so I figured I’d at least see what it would take to get it running again. Nate was great! He has excellent customer service skills. He helped me bring the bike into the store, assessed the issues, and gave me a clear estimate. He said it should be ready by Sunday, and sure enough, I got a call from him that day letting me know the bike was done. When I came to pick it up, Nate even helped me load it back into my car. I really appreciate everything he did to make the repair process smooth and hassle-free. Thanks, Nate! Best, Sheila

Personalized service! Dave and his associate were wonderful with our two 7year old grandkids assisting them to find a bike that fit! The boys were even able to test drive different bikes outside. The bikes arrived quickly. They each received a stickers sheet for their bike helmets too! They love their new bikes from JAX Bicycles!
