Jaye knows the City of Ann Arbor and how it works, all it's neighborhoods, their quirks, pros/cons, and so much more. Knowing the area, she knew what to look for, and what was typical of different houses or neighborhoods, including issues we might find in different ages of houses around Ann Arbor. Jaye listened to us, but also shared so much more about Ann Arbor which is why we asked her to be our agent. We had an aggressive timeline under 6 weeks. She found and organized multiple houses to tour, and we ended up finding one we liked, making an offer, working through the negotiations, and closing in about 4 weeks total. At every step of the way, Jaye helped us find the right resources for inspections or estimates (old house), and guided us along the way for things we needed to do. She reduced our stress in a very crazy process by letting us know what was coming next, or what we needed to think about before it came up, but also not all at once. We will 100% recommend Jaye to any friends or family we know are looking to buy or sell in the area

Jaye is a very smart and savvy realtor. She was able to help us find a house in our favorite neighborhood during the highest selling time. She knows a lot about the construction of houses and ways to bid on a house in a seller’s market. Jaye is also very calm, patient, but straight with us about finding what we were looking for at the right price. She’s very professional and respectful in communicating with everyone involved. Jaye [LAST NAME REMOVED] was my realtor and was very knowledge of the properties that I was interested in and provided all the information to make financially and life decisions in purchasing a new home in Michigan. We looked at a number of locations and properties and found the perfect one. Her dealing with the other seller’s agent in relay of information, concerns, and items which needed to be addressed which lead to a successful transaction. She handled all the paperwork necessary to complete the transaction. She was always available by phone and relayed information is a professional, intelligent and pleasant manner.
