Jean is extremely responsive on phone (text, voice) and email. She has a wealth of experience and a good eye for potential deal-breakers or issues to watch out for. I felt like she was looking out for my own best interests, as opposed to pressuring me into a bad fit. Definitely one of the most competent people I worked with in the process of buying a house. She was able to write up offer contracts extremely quickly (crucial given tight timeframes on bids), did a ton of behind-the-scenes work with the sellers' agent during closing, and was very flexible in scheduling tours and meetings. Highly recommend!!!

Jean worked with us on both ends in that she patiently took us to many listings as we searched for condos and allowed me/us to say what we felt about each one and then after listening to my reaction pointed out how certain features met or do not really meet some of our "must haves" or only partially met what we were looking.for. When we did decide on our new condo Jean climbed ladders down into the basement (even ones that we were reluctant to traverse. She had us remember that we were committed to downsizing and helped provide info on how to do it. Jean was very professional in thoroughly going through all the paperwork as we sat with her to select which of the 7 offers on our home were the best offers right up to the last dew minutes before the deadline.

Jean was very efficient in setting up viewings. We were able to see several houses back-to-back which was great. She was able to schedule viewings very quickly, with enough time to get offers in. Jean worked with us after normal business hours and on Sundays, incredible! It really felt like Jean had our best interest in mind and was patient with explaining all the steps.

As first time home buyers, Jean’s attention to detail and patience really provided us a sense of reassurance during the whole process. Jean always respected our time and scheduled viewings in a way that was efficient — this was very important to us since we had tight schedules during the work week. She provided a ton of tips from all of her past experiences. And of course, she ensured that our questions are answered promptly.
