Unparalleled knowledge of the housing market in the Ann Arbor region. Substantial familiarity with house construction. Amazing help in arranging for competent contractors to make repairs to prepare the house for sale. Excellent advice on pricing of the house. Huge network of friends and acquaintances within the real estate community. Our house sold on the first weekend. Jean and Jim will go the extra mile in every respect. Friendly, fun, and super professional. THE BEST!

Jean was absolutely fabulous to work with from start to finish. She is smart, very knowledgeable about the Ann Arbor market, and incredibly organized. Jean is the absolute best. 10 out of 10, would recommend her services to any friend or family member. She was super responsive, professional, and answered all our questions in language we could understand (we are first-time buyers, so we had a lot of questions!). She went above and beyond in advocating for our interests and following-up with third parties like the seller's agent, inspectors, the title company, etc. She was generous with her knowledge and educated us along the way so we felt confident walking into a home and making informed decisions. I can't say enough good things about Jean. I will honestly miss visiting homes with her - we had a blast.
