Jim Wedemeyer was very thorough in explaining all the process of buying a house from the offer process, over the negotiations due to needed repairs until the closing. He even offered to help after the closing to set up the house and get settled. Jim also is very knowledgeable when it come to typical weaknesses of types of houses we looked at. He pointed out several issues that we would have never cought ourselves. He organized engineers for special inspections and obtained the necessary reports and quotations for future repairs. This is our third home that we bought and we can safely say that no other agent that we worked with before has been as accommodating and helpful as Jim has been. We will definitely work with him again, should the need arise and strongly recommend him to anyone looking for or selling a home in the Ann Arbor area.
