I liked that when I reached out to Jeeva, he responded quickly. What else I liked was that after we moved in, we needed lawn service. He helped us find a company with competitive rates for our new home. What I liked about having him with selling our existing home is that he listed our house with a price I was comfortable with. I really can’t say enough good things about Jeeva, he is really knowledgeable, approachable, personable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with his time (including mornings, evenings, and weekends over the course of several months). He answered every question and explained every form and every part of the process clearly and thoroughly. Jeeva was recommended to us by a family friend and he provided excellent service from the beginning of the process and continues to, well after closing. We highly recommend Jeeva without any reservations. Our experience began with Jeeva sitting down with us and talking through the home buying process as well as the current realities of the Western NY market. Based on our input (budget, ideal home, ideal location), Jeeva provided ideas on neighborhoods that might fit our wants/needs and type of home we might expect to find within our budget. We were very indecisive home shoppers, so we definitely tested Jeeva knowledge about local communities and types of homes, and were never disappointed with his responses. Since we owned a house, we weren’t in a rush to buy a house. Jeeva worked with us very patiently, He worked with us around 2 years without giving up before we finalized on our dream home. Jeeva also spent time talking about the pros/cons of the different things we saw in each houses. Most important to us, Jeeva was always honest with us about what he thought about each property, he was always available and helpful, and we always felt that he truly had our best interests at heart. Even now, a week after closing, he still cheerfully recommends contractors and other service providers when we contact him looking for suggestions as we complete work on our home. In the future, if we ever decide to move, we will definitely use Jeeva again to both sell our home and find a new one. Excellent person to work with. I would recommend him from the bottom of my heart.
