Willing to point out positive features and potential problems. Up front about undesirable features to some people so you can decide for yourself if it’s an issue. Will go over and above to get you in to see a place if need be. Will work overtime and if needed use some tricks of the trade to get the deal done if possible. Great realtor, A+++

As a widow, I greatly appreciate the fact that he always checks on things like plumbing, heating and cooling, structural issues and other things that s man would be more interested in that a woman may not be knowledgeable about.
