Working with Jeff was amazing from our first conversation. I am a first-time home buyer and completely new to anything real estate. Jeff took the time to understand my needs, walked me through locations and home options that were in my budget, and was incredibly efficient in answering all the (many) questions I had. He was quick to get me showings on homes I was interested in, and in the end helped me formulate a deal that got me a home beyond my expectations.

Jeff Fayz has a calm and friendly personality, is well versed in the intricacies of his profession, and answers all questions honestly and in good faith.
After months of online research, I decided to work with Jeff. I looked at a lot of realtor resumes online and then emailed him a lot of questions about the Detroit and Michigan real estate market and my existing investments. I got all the answers I needed, so I flew 11 hours to Detroit to meet him in person. The work we've done together over the past few years has shown me that I made the right choice. Even though I'm not with him in person, I know that Jeff will make sure everything gets done on time and in full. It is almost impossible to find Jeff's voicemail because he always answers his phone. In short, as a real estate investor on the other side of the world, living with a 7-8 hour time difference, Jeff Fayz is someone I can reach when I call, get answers to my questions, and make sure he is directing my purchases with my best interests in mind.

"Even though I'm a foreign investor, thanks to Jeff Fayz, my transactions went through without any problems. After I shared the listing with him, Jeff quickly went to the address to check out the property and sent me photos and videos. even though we were thousands of miles apart, I was able to see every detail as if I was inside the house.
