Jen Wells of Real Estate One is the epitome of realtor professionalism. She displayed a great deal of patience during our house search and listened closely to our preferences. These included a plethora of details including, most importantly, location, location, location. Inventory was low and the market tight but despite those difficulties, Jen found and helped us acquire our dream home. From the beginning to the final walkthrough, she was there to answer questions, provide listings and meet us on time for showings. It was not easy, but a happy ending was achieved.

In short, she was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with Jen was that he was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs than she was on closing a deal. We would recommend her to anyone. She has great knowledge of homes, she has good knowledge of different aspects of the home which a buyer (first time home buyer) sometimes overlooks due to ignorance and lack of experience. Good, we found her at the right time.

I like that Jan [LAST NAME REMOVED] took time out with me answered all my questions and if she didn't have an answer she found one and call me back. ASAP She also made the process smoother when everything else was crazy . I appreciate her hard work and patience. I would give her name to everybody who's looking for a house. She had to work extra hard to get out deal done, felt bad for her for all the issues she had to take care of her because of others making mistakes. She was professional the whole time, and always had our interests as her priority.

Jen is more than a relator, she became a friend. She took time out of her busy schedule to meet us all around metro Detroit pretty much on request. Many times we met a few hrs later that same day to see a house. She went above and beyond when she sold our home, was even brought cleaning supplies while showing our home at the open house. She visited after we bought our new house and even gave us baby gifts and doggy gifts! Definitely would suggest her to anyone!!
