She gave updates on timing when she was driving. Bought me lunch/ coffee. Came with cash buyers that I could use for leverage. Went out of her way to get appraisals for work that needed done. I was out of state and she had it handled. A lot of little things that relieved headaches for me.

We liked EVERYTHING! We interviewed Jennifer and others to potentially list our home. From the first phone call to the moment she stepped into our home we knew we had a winner. Jennifer walked through our home, spoke to us about the projects we had going on and then sat down with us to discuss her plan to sell. The professionalism as well as skill that Jennifer brings to the table is unmatched. Our home sat in a bad market for 60 days but Jennifer had it gone in 24 HOURS! Maybe the right buyer?
