We used Jennifer to purchase our home in St. Clair Shores in 2023, and we sold it three years later with her. Since we weren’t in town for either transaction, Jennifer handled every detail and made both experiences completely stress-free. Her years of experience in the industry really showed and paid dividends for us, when it came time to sell: She helped us get more than the price we were hoping for, guided us through the inspection and repairs, and expertly handled an unexpected issue right before closing. We were referred to Jennifer Arnold by a family member, and from our very first meeting we knew we were in good hands. She took the time to explain the entire home buying process, answered all of our questions, and immediately got us set up with a personalized home search.
The market was extremely competitive, and although we lost out on a few homes along the way, Jennifer never let us get discouraged. She stayed positive, kept us informed, and helped us adjust our strategy when needed.
