She possesses a very unique and true ability to communicate with the seller and the buyer. She has always gone beyond for us to make sure the house is presented to its best advantage to ensure maximum interest for the buyer, she actually cleaned the entire place to make a good showing. The fact that she is well recognized and respected in the community is a huge plus to her success. The housing market we entered into was a nightmare. We spent quite awhile searching, bidding, becoming frustrated, etc until we linked up with Jennifer Ball. We called her about a house we were VERY interested in. We saw it the next day, bid on it same day, bid was accepted the next. This happened due to Jennifer’s expertise. She made it happen when others could not. Afterwards we ran into other unexpected issues. When no one else on my team could explain things on an aging hippie level Jennifer could. She was the one I went to with all questions whether in her realm or not. If you need an agent, this is the one. Jen gets it done. Everyone says they do, but she really does.

Jen did an excellent job helping us decide when to sell our home and priced it right. We had several showings over the course of a weekend, and several offers! She made the inconvenience of leaving the home for showings easy by arranging to limit offers to a fixed time as well. She knows the market well, and took care of our family throughout the entire process! She is a professional we would highly recommend!

We worked with Jen for both our sale and purchase. We found her to be the only realtor throughout the journey who seemed to really have her stuff together. She is willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done. Have a dog? No problem! Jen would put her on a leash and take her if she needed to be out of our home for a showing. Have children? Jen brought snacks and helped to entertain them when necessary. She was honest and opinionated when we needed it most. We truly felt that she had our best interests in mind. She leads her industry in the area for a reason. We would highly recommend Jen!
