Jen did an incredible job of listening, searching, and advocating on our behalf. A joy to deal with and a pleasure to be around she did not leave us with unanswered questions or complications but smoothly helped us navigate the whole process. We cannot say enough in words how confident she made us in her ability. The whole process was personal to her in that she would think about our point of view and what was best for us.
