Everything. . . service was fast and efficient. Staff was very friendly. I felt listened to which as a woman is very important and rare when it comes to car care. The technician who ran service by me made a comment that my road lights (?) needed to be replaced and when I commented that there was an issue with the turn signal he said they'd check it out. Later, he came back to me and told me that yes, it was indeed the turn signal and not the light he mentioned and that he had gottenit wrong. I felt his comments were very professional-- he didn't gloss over things or try to "man splain" out of it. Also when I opted not to have the cabin filter replaced (I was worried about the overall cost of the visit) he didn't pressure me. Just a great experience. I will be back soon to take care of the cabin filter.
Just stopped by to check air pressure and fluids. I don't drive as much as I used to.

Even though we have had bad experiences at Jiffy Lube before we went to this one because of the good ratings on Google. The ratings seem accurate. The service was very good.
