The associate recommended not doing a tire rotation because of uneven wear of my tires until I get new ones, thus not taking advantage of the situation , honesty is what keeps repeat customers , I’ve never felt taken advantage of at the Crofton JiffyLube . Ashley & Rob are always doing a great job keeping the customer happy, I’ve been a regular customer for over seven years now and will continue using Jiffy Lube as long as they keep serving customers as they do

Great Teamwork! It was quite a wait (mishap) with the vendor delivering the rotors ordered for my car. There was no worries for me because the customer service was quite friendly, caring and courteous, especially Rasheed S. I also feel comfortable with the brake work performed on my car by Jason S.
