The staff were very professional and friendly. Also earlier in the day I went to Valvoline who told me that the oil for my car was out of stock... really? So I called Jiffy Lube, they answered the phone and invited me to come over since they had the oil in stock.

Ease of service. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and very helpful. I appreciated that I was checked with before any 'extra' procedure was added. I also was impressed that before check out every thing was gone over with me. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. All in all, it was a great experience.
