Larry was very professional. He was at the Beltsville Jiffy Lube the previous Sunday where I had a fair amount of work done on my old car. A couple of oil leaks could not be fixed at that time because they didn't have the parts. Larry promptly ordered the parts and the second set of repairs was done at Laurel today. Two issues were less than ideal. The bill totalled almost $2000, which seemed a bit high to me. And the wait at Beltsville last Sunday and Laurel today totalled more than 6 hours. That part was a bit frustrating but my car, so far, is running more smoothly and I was impressede with the skill and courtesy of the staff.
