I had a great experience with the Jffy Lube in Parkville. All of the staff was pleasant and above and beyond with service. They offered suggestions for service of which some I accepted and others I turned down. They did not pressure me into anything I wasn't comfortable with which is always a concern of mine when getting service from any auto shop. I have been to this shop many times and while most are pleasant today was exceptional!!!! I wish I knew the names to cite them in this message but unfortunately I don't. Feeling Jiffy!
