From the moment my telephone call was answered by Chuck, I was pleased with my choice to contact Jiffy Lube in Pasadena for my oil change. Chuck greeted politely and was upbeat ending his greeting with "where you do not need an appointment." I laughed and said he had just answered the question I had, did I need to make an appointment. Once I arrived, a little after 9:00 a.m., Gacia greeted me at my car. He was professional and kind directing me to the waiting area where there were magazines, coffee and TV. Within a short time, he reviewed his assessment of my vehicle and asked what services I wanted to proceed with. Within 15 minutes, I was at the service desk, where Chuck was reviewing my bill with me. My $10 coupon did not work so Chuck used a coupon he had -- success! I felt the price was reasonable for all the services provided. I was thoroughly pleased and mentioned it to the manager, Justin, who was extremely professional as well and appreciated my feedback. I will definitely return to this Jiffy Lube location. Thanks to the entire team!
