The manager/supervisor on duty at 8am on Wednesday, August 27, 2025 was extremely attentive, transparent & provided quality service. I returned to have my front brakes replaced. Arrived at 8:04am and was literally pulling off the lot at 9:08am. I genuinely appreciate how efficient the young man was who actually completed the physical labor. Makes me proud to see so many young, black men building sustainable careers & doing so with such professionalism & decorum. I refuse to utilize any other branch. The customer service is completely different when you visit other locations. One of the younger guys on the floor even told me where to look online to locate a $50 coupon to deduct for my brake service. I wish I had names to specifically include.
