The entire shop was clean and inviting. I was greeted, offered coffee, told where the restroom was and explained the services. Start to finish was 15 minutes. My car was clean- windshield and floors were vacuumed. This set the tone for my day Excellent PR and value for $$

They took care of me while I waited across the street at Reters with a nice Strawberries and Blackened Salmon salad. My car was finished and my AC worked just like when I bought it back in 2006. HONDA CIVIC HYBRID. It just wasn't cooling anymore and now it's great. The guys at Reisterstown Jiffy Lube are really super great. I get my tires filled from them time to time and even my Harley Davidson Superglide Custom Anniversary Model. Great service, great prices, great guys!

I have brought my car and my son's car to Reisterstown Jiffy Lube on numerous occasions. Everyone there is courteous, extremely helpful and goes out of their way to provide great service. I brought my car from my home, which is 40 minutes away, to have them check it out before I went on vacation. They checked my oil, filled my tires, and sent me on my way, free of charge!
