Jill sold my mom’s condo in Rochester quickly and above asking price. Her comp analysis was thorough and her instincts for setting the price were very accurate. She was professional and had clear communication throughout the whole process, so I always knew what to expect. I think she understood the local market and had great marketing tools available to her. The staging and photography of the home were a huge benefit to maximizing the value of our sale. I highly recommend her and her team.
