I have worked with Jim before and he is always on top of everything. He led me through my recent purchase and I needed that as I haven’t purchased a home on my own in 30+ years. He’s very customer focused and quickly understands 1.) what you would like to purchase (in my prior experience, many realtors will show you everything which is not helpful), 2.) who to work with to gets the best home that suits your needs, 3.) easily works with the mortgage team to do everything he can, 4.) recommends partner organizations to meet your insurance, contractor, and title company needs, and 5.)) most importantly, ends up with the best result. That’s what it’s all about! And Jim is successful because he knows how to make his customers very, very happy.
