Jim is very personable and attentive to details. He makes you feel like you are his only client although this would not be true. He is very professional and maintains contact throughout the buying and/or selling process. If he doesn't know the answer to a question that would be specific to a piece of property or home owners association he researches and returns with the answer in a timely manner. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I’ve worked with Jim for 21 years both buying and selling multiple properties and he has always demonstrated a very high degree of professionalism and personal integrity. In fact once, years ago during an unexpected change in life circumstances and the failure of a property to pass inspections- all the while in the middle of a life and death battle with cancer and desperate for a home anchor, Jim told me that even if it meant that he had to forgo his commission, he would see to it that I would close on another home. I share this truth but wish to retain my anonymity.
