I like that we don't start right away with "practice" but have time to dedicate and forget about all concerns I have before starting class. I like intensity of practise and importance of breathing and resisting negative emotions because of intensity but reather be grateful and in a way continuing with initial meditation through whole practise. I must say that I enjoy china balm in beginning of practise which is not so regularly present. All in all I think what I like the most is that I'm more positive person, even though I was always positive now I can find happy and positive place also in places that I would before consider negative.
I really like the way the instructors teach the classes, especially the combintion of Meditation and Workout.
I love the room and the smell of incence and the scents you use.
I also like the schedule and the different Levels which are offered.
And, last but not least, you offer all that for a fair Price.
Just perfect for me :-)

The dedication and thorough preparation of the teachers. I always learn something: something about an asana as well as a line from a poem or a song, a historical fact, a theatre play, a book title, an experience or observation worth sharing.
i love the kundalini classes with panch nishan.
she is the best teacher , so shining and inspiring.
the other classes i do´nt know but would be very curiuos to try out.
i love the food and the cafeteria.
so good vibes and energie in the food and arround.
