Jivamukti's point of distinction for me is the focus on sharing yoga philosophy as well as a fearless space where chanting is welcome and one can dispense with surface-level pretenses. Use of breathwork/ pranayam always gets a thumbs up from me. While the sequencing can be dogmatic and the pace of breathwork a little too quick for my comfort, I appreciate that Jivamukti always makes it clear that it is not a gym class. Overall, I would recommend Jivamukti for those who aren't sure that they quite "get" Yoga since it shares ancient tradition in modern and relatable language (usually).
I like the chanting and of course the Jivamukty-style.
Anja is very charismatic and I love to be in her classes.
I regret to live so far away from Berlin, I would like to practice more often in Berlin.
But my Jivamukti Yiga teacher at home is good as well.
So I'll come to the classes as often as possible.
Thank you for your good, impressive work. See you soon!
I just take two classes and I really like them.
The teacher are very kind, helpful and inspiring.
The classes are according to the level of the students.
The rooms for the practice are very comfortable.
