ALWAYS AVAILABLE TO SHOW ME PROPERTIES RIGHT AWAY. VERY UP TO DATE ON THE MARKET AND KNEW THE ANSWERS TO ALL MY QUESTIONS. PROVIDED ME WITH A HUNT MORTGAGE REPRESENTATIVE, APPRAISER , AND INSURANCE AGENT. EVERYONE WAS ABLE TO SHARE INFORMATION WITH ONE AND OTHER WHICH MADE ALL THE ELECTRONIC DOCUMENTS EASY TO TRANSFER. JoAnne is efficient and easy to work with. She takes care of things quickly and advices accordingly when necessary. She explained in detail the papers that needed to be signed and promptly contacted our attorney to have the necessary papers drawn up for the sale of the house.
