From booking the service, to the advice received when leaving the bike in, and then getting a text 2 hours later to say the bike was ready…couldn’t fault the service!
Out of habit I have used the same local bike shop for 30+ years, despite their seeming disdain for all their customers.
I would drop my bike in and hope to get it back within a couple of weeks, after multiple phone calls looking for an update.
Couldn’t recommend Joe Daly highly enough. Thanks!

The staff at Joe Daly Cycles take really good care of us and genuinely know their stuff when it comes to bikes. They clearly care about their customers and always go the extra mile. I’d absolutely recommend going with someone trustworthy like Joe Daly Cycles. I know them all by name at this point, and since cycling is how I get around almost seven days a week, having that level of support is amazing. I feel very lucky to live so close to the shop.
