I am a customer and had an issue with my bike. They allowed me to drop in my bike and repaired it within hours, getting me back on the road much quicker than I expected. Each time I use them I am reminded why I pass other bike shops on my way to Joe Daly's

Had a recurrent problem with rear spokes on a bike I purchased 1yr ago. Previous repairs had temporarily resolved the issue. Brought it back this week and Dave and the crew sorted it with a new wheel, no quibbles. Good solid service and after sales care.
