We bought a bike for our daughter. Louise helped us on the day. I have to say that Louise was excellent. She was very personable and knowledgeable which made the decision to purchase the bike very easy. I have never purchased anything before at Joe Daly but would highly recommend the shop based on this level of customer service. Well done to all involved. You don't get this everywhere.

I was on a bike trip from Switzerland to and through Ireland when I discovered a crack in my carbon fork. I reached out for help via email, and Louise immediately took care of the issue and did everything possible to support me. I was able to send the replacement part to Joe Daly Cycles, and they carried out the repair in an impressively short amount of time. Thank you so much for your incredible help and excellent service! Thanks to your great support, I can now continue my trip.

The staff always try to help with issues that you may have with your bike. Even when they are very busy they will try to get you sorted and back on the road quickly. They don't push you to buy more stuff and will always advice when you should change types and Chains etc only when necessary.

You were very helpful when I called in with rear wheel bearing and freewheel problems on my gravel bike! I was half way through a 1000+km tour of Scotland , Ireland, Wales and England and you got me back on the road the same day, Your repair meant I caught the ferry to Holyhead and completed the tour without a hitch Many thanks for your incredible service! So grateful 🙂!
