I would always recommend working with Chad because he always takes the time to make sure my wife and I fully understand the sometimes complicated mortgage process. When we first purchased our house a few years back he spent over a hour walking through every document and explained what it was and why we needed to sign. Customer service like that is the reason why when we bought our first home we worked with Chad and it is the reason why when we decided to refinance we contacted him again.
