Joe wasn’t the first lender they called but his was the right choice when it came to doing the job efficiently with a high level of knowledge and professionalism. He even was able to lock the rate in time before the rates went back up 1/2 a point. Maria as always was great in processing the loan.

My real estate agent suggested I contact Mr. Bielman when I needed a mortgage. I met with Joe a few times and he walked me through the entire mortgage/purchasing process. He answered all my questions. I always felt comfortable. His assistant and those he recommended for additional services were very helpful and available when I needed answers. This entire experience was both enlightening and rewarding. Would definitely recommend Mr. Bielman and his staff.
