Kristen Hesse and Christina Bieling are absolutely fabulous!!! Their professionalism, dedication and pleasantly charming demeanor are the backbone of any company. Please allow me to explain: During my refinancing process, I was having an issue with Wells Fargo (my mortgage company) and Citizens Insurance (my home and auto insurance company). Wells Fargo sent a letter in August 2016 stating I didn't have any home insurance. Citizens said they didn't receive payment from Wells Fargo. After getting them on a 3 way call, each said the matter was resolved. The same thing happened in September 2016 only this time Wells Fargo said they would increase my mortgage payment to compensate for the lack of insurance. Citizens insisted they did not receive payment and I needed to pay them additional monies for insurance I had already paid for which was included along with my taxes in my mortgage payment to Wells Fargo. Kristen and Christina came to our rescue! Without batting an eye they said they would get the issue resolved - no catches, no additional payments for services... just great customer service. When resolving the issue they discovered Wells Fargo had indeed sent the check to Citizens but combined it with another person's payment. Citizens had mistakenly applied the entire sum to the other person's account. There is absolutely no way we could have resolved this on our own. We do not have the contacts nor the intimate business knowledge. Kristen and Christina are lifesavers! They deserve special recommendation with our heartfelt gratitude. In the end, our house is refinanced. We have a better interest rate and are saving money. As long as John Adams Mortgage continues to employ Kristen and Christina -> you have life long customers in our household. Thank you!

Kristen was awesome. My realtor Debra Clayborn Fagge'Tt recommended John Adams Mortagage to me. I was a first time home buyer, so I went with them completely blind, not understanding half of the terms being used. I work long hour days and I'd email my loan officer at 7 or 8 o'clock at night and sometimes I'd get her response within an hour or first thing in the morning. Everything was always detailed. It was nice especially not understanding majority of it. And every little detail was explained. What was nice too is I would even ask questions and then the loan officer would extend it a little farther going above the explanation. It was a amazing experience this team was Great! Thanks Kristen your awesome.
