Kristen's professionalism was wonderful. Promptness, availability, and courtesy outstanding. Kristen reached out peak hours, and off peak hours with updates, disclosures, etc. I would like to work with Kristen in the future. I represented the buyer. One draw back was including the seller's agent in the updates, I believe the lender works for the client, not both, and I'd like to update the other agent, just my preference, this keeps the agents in touch during the process. But, in this case, it worked out ok. Some lenders prefer to update both seller/buyer agents. But, I can see why the lender would like to update the seller's agent as well. Allowing them the courtesy to be included in the process.

Kristen was amazing and incredibly knowledgeable! She was able to answer every question I had and responded to emails, texts, and phone calls very quickly. This is my first time venturing into the housing market and she made things so much easier! She presented me with many options and helped me break them down to see what best fit what I was looking for. Next time I'm looking to buy, I will definitely reach out again!
