The personality of John Millard is friendly and respectful. The communication from John and his associate Liz was outstanding. It has been quite some time since we have completed a mortgage process and in the past it was akin to a root canal. John and Liz were there when we had questions and made it as easy as possible. They kept us posted on the progress of our application in a prompt and timely fashion.
