John was terrific in helping us in our mission to downsize. He had great ideas, referrals and recommendations on the selling of our home in 3 days for $10,000 over asking! He also was our agent on the purchase of our new home where we successfully competed against 9 other offers and secured the purchase even though we were not the highest bidder! Most of all, I would recommend John because his integrity is impeccable and for him to secure the praises of myself and more importantly my wife is extraordinary!

In selecting a realtor, finding one who will price the property accurately is a major consideration. John priced my home 10% above the other realtors whom I interviewed. The property sold in two days at the asking price. Although a number of potential buyers who came through felt the home was overpriced, there were three offers at asking price. To me, that indicates a very good job of pricing. Then John provided comps and data to aid the appraiser in reaching a figure right at the sale price. I am extremely happy with John's representation, and I recommend him highly.

He advised on how to strategically price our home, timing of putting our house on the market, as well as how to best make our home "Show Ready."
