John made the process of finding a house easy. I was living in Philadelphia and trying to find a lakehouse in Michigan. Everytime a house came on the market he updated me. When I was in town 2 different times he took me to over 10 houses. He educated me on good and bad aspects of the houses and helped me get clarity on what I really wanted. When I found a house he took me through every step of the process. If there was a challenge he looked into and addressed it immediately. When we got to the Mortgage approval stage the underwriter made a big mistake at the 11th hour and John got involved to help solve it and set me at ease. John's very knowledgeable about the market which for me went North to Fenton and SW to Irish hills and really anything within an hour of Ann Arbor. Thanks John for making the process as easy as possible.

Although he had sold us this property six years earlier, he came to the house and went over the seller's agent and listing forms in detail. He used most of my suggested updated property description. (I'm a former Realtor.) Throughout the process he kept us informed and quickly answered questions. We closed at a price within a few hundred dollars of my initial SP estimate based on comps.
