John was aware of new listings and had a very competitive bid ready almost immediately. We did get the house in large part because of his due diligence. All was arranged quickly so I qualified for a loan, went through the necessary I inspections without delay and closed within a mon to f the offer. John knows Ann Arbor and helped me relocate. All of the paperwork was done electronically as I was out of state. This was a very pleasant experience!
