Could not have bought this great house without John's expertise! He was very knowledgeable and did not sugarcoat while assessing the house. He was very efficient with logistical turnaround and questions. John is both very professional and incredibly personable. From our first interaction in 2018, he has consistently shown a level of care and knowledge that has resulted in a great deal of trust being built. He helped me find and purchase the perfect home back then, and the trust and confidence I had in him made asking him to help me sell that home in 2024 a no-brainer. John gave me excellent advice on how best to prepare my home for sale, from staging and landscaping to selling terms to how to read the real estate market, and I am confident that the level of care and attention to detail helped me ethically and comfortably sell my home for a great price. There were a few surprises with the appraisal and consequent buyer-requested concessions, and he spent endless hours helping me navigate the best path forward. I will always be grateful for the extra effort John put in to help me get through the whole process.
