We had a fantastic moving experience from CO to CT. The communication between ourselves and our moving coordinator was top notch. How belongings were in storage for 2 months before delivery. She never left us guessing what was next and definitely went the extra mile in ensuring we had a great moving experience. She also coordinated removal of our empty boxes after our move in. This was something we hadn’t fully thought about when we set up our move and I wasn’t sure if that was out of scope since it had been a few weeks since delivery. Nope! Kudos to her and the whole team.

Professional people, know their business and answer all your calls. Very please with their service. You may pay more than other moving companies, but the cost to you, is peace of mind. Your belongings will arrive the same way they were packed.

I have moved 15 times with many different companies. This is my first time using United and probably my best experience. There is a lot of opportunities throughout a move to get stressed out but my Coordinator always kept her head and always worked the issue. I appreciate that.

The communication before and throughout the move was AMAZING! Victoria Juliani on the front end was SO nice and so throrough. Jae Beatty during and after the move was AMAZING! So friendly and helpful - and pro-active all during my move. My driver Perry was AWESOME - my vacuum got lost in the move - and they actually sent me a BRAND NEW replacement!! WOW! That NEVER happens with movers. I highly recommend!!
