The ability to utilize a smaller secure packing box for smaller moves was of great benefit, your employees did a great job of packing. Down side on the delivery end was the same nicely packed box was disassembled and placed haphazardly in the delivery truck On both ends damaged occurred. For Johnson I happened to witness so known of damage to wall, on delivery end no mention or acknowledgement. The wall and door scrape was identified the delivery was completed Disappointing on delivery end
