This company gets an A+ from me! From Mark who came out to see what I had to move & gave me a very complete estimate and to the rest of the office who kept me informed every step of the way before and during my move. I like all the crews at both ends of my move & their foreman who I believe was Bob Gates. They were super efficient & careful with every thing. I am not missing a single item which was not my usual experience the many times I have moved. The crew put everything where I wanted it which was essential since I am 86 years old, weigh 105 lbs. & have limited strength to lift & rearrange stuff. All in all, a very positive experience with this company & recommend it completely. Dee George

The movers went above and beyond to help us with loading the items from our home and the storage unit we had and got everything to us in our new state even sooner than expected. Sales person, Eric, was attentive and was engaged with our move. Brought lots of boxes and moving supplies and on the day of the move brought TV boxes and actually packed the TVs into the boxes. He had a can do attitude about the things we were trying to move. The guys were great packing and moving. There was a lot of stuff in that truck! Very helpful and friendly and hard working. They were very willing to help me with things that were a little too heavy for me to manage. Very respectful of the property and I did not see any damage caused by all the stuff they moved out of the house. Unloading was the same in reverse and they helped put things where I wanted them. They worked a very long day unpacking the truck. There were a few things that did not travel well, but they didn’t try to hide them from us, and the claim we made was simple and paid very timely. They put together the headboard, which required at least two people, and would have been difficult to do on our own. The new property did not have any damage from all the things that were moved in. They made the whole move less stressful on us, in what can be a very stressful time. Friends of ours called us about moving with Johnson, and we told them that we were very happy with their service. We highly recommend Johnson Moving.
