Johnathon is a remarkable realtor! He actually works for you, he finds exactly what you’re looking for as a buyer’s agent, knows how to clearly communicate to his clients, other sellers agent’s, clearly and professionally goes above and beyond what you’re expecting from any real estate professional. Didn’t have to keep reminding him of your budget for a home and he actually listened to what we were looking for. He knows how to get concessions in a sellers market because he knows how to treat and talk to people with respect. After having 3 other agents, saw 40 homes, 4 offers not being accepted, it only took Johnathon 1 day of being yet, our 4th realtor to find us a home and closed a VA loan in 30 days.

We had met him because my son and daughter used him for their real estate transaction and they said he was great so I called him & he met with my husband and I. He explained everything and what stuff we should do because the house needed some work. When it came time to show the house he went above and beyond by doing the yard work for us. He answered all my questions promptly and was super friendly and on time whenever we had to meet in person. He did all the work showing the house and suggested what to price it for. He really earned his commission for sure. I highly recommend him!

TJ was recommended to me by my mortgage company - and I’m so thankful for that! This market wasn’t easy but TJ made the home-hunting experience easy. TJ is very knowledgeable about ways to make your offer stand out. His assistant, Nanette, is also on top of coordinating showings quickly. We are a week into our new home and couldn’t have done it without TJ! I will be recommending my friends and family (and now the internet) to TJ. You’re going to be so successful with his expertise!

He is awesome, very knowledgeable and dedicated to his work. He goes the extra mile every time, he's willing to even give his personal time as long as it meets our availability, we even worked during Easter Sunday just for us. I wish more people were like him, we were lucky to get him as our realtor. I have only good things to say about him, he always gave us all the information we needed in order to be able to make a good decision.

Jonathan was our realtor for our first ever home purchase. He was extremely helpful and always willing to work around our busy schedule (even on Halloween and during the holiday season). When we finally found the perfect home he really went to bat for us to make sure our offer was the one selected. He answered all of our questions and made sure we were comfortable and confident each step of the way.
